Hello everyone!

 

My name is Dreamy, I am a 21 year old male from the Netherlands. I've been quite active on the GFL CSGO 1v1 server for a while already, and since this is my second month of VIP I thought I'd become a bit more active on the forums. 

 

Some things about me:

- Have played FPS games for 10-11 years, I started playing competitively since Call of Duty 2 ramping to higher skill levels in Call of Duty 4. I played CSS minigames/surf/jail but never competitive, Ive been playing CSGO for about 2 years now and its been my main game ever since. In CSGO I play for Allesz-gaming, which is a clan Ive co-created, and we try to become one of the top teams in the Netherlands while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere (So far the atmosphere has worked). We have competed in some Dutch cups and didn't do too shabby, Ill put a youtube link from our first tournament somewhere here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHwhy46MIps). The youtube video is from a long time ago, when our clan still consisted of only IRL friends. 

- Used to be a real WoW fan and raided on quite a decent level back in TBC/Wotlk and Draenor. I tried to come back to WoW for Legion but I just can't get into it and most things for raiding feel like a chore or even a job nowadays. 

- I am a huge fan of the game Path of Exile, I played it so much that nowadays I can't play it for months straight without playing other games. I can push the game for 2-3 weeks when new content hits, but besides that its on the side.

- I love LAN parties, I even attended Dreamhack Summer in 2014 which is quite a journey from the Netherlands by car. Besides those big LAN events we love to have small gaming party's with IRL friends and even people we've met online. 

 

Non gaming related:

- I love to travel around the world, Ive been to loads of places like America, Aruba, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and almost all EU countries. Im going to China for business in about 2 weeks, so that will be quite nice. My favorite countries to visit have to be South-Africa and Botswana, Ive been there about 8-9 times now and its always so beautiful. 

- My favorite beer is Grolsch (Dutch beer). And when we need more alcohol Ill switch to my Captain Morgan and Coke. Shots is always tequila.
