So I was killing people as my role and Ive got a decent amount of experience on GMod that helped me tune my aim, as well as many hours on games like R6 that help with that as well. I was not using aimbot, I may aim and flicking capabilities are decent at this point, and plus some of the people I killed were standing still, probably loading or for whatever reason.
