Yea I stopped playing GMOD for a while because i was upgrading and could not use my computer.

 

So What is the situation?

Looks like you were trying to do something with this

"host_framerate" = "0"
     cheat replicated
     - Set to lock per-frame time elapse.

 

And whatever anti-cheat we were using at the time detected that you forced that cvar's value on your client.

 

Or maybe a false positive, either way, it's been 3 years, so I'm going to undo this ban.

If you attempt to hack on our servers again, you will be re-banned, likely without an appeal.
