Why should you be unbanned?

I was banned for "teaming" for 1 week for letting a detective (POOT POOT who was also banned) into the t room as a joke. According to the motd, teaming isn't bannable - it isn't even mentioned in the rules. Ghosting is, but me and poot poot weren't collaborating outside the game, she only asked to be let in via voice chat. She didn't help me kill anyone, I alone activated the traitor trap. She teleported out soon after and the game progressed normally.

First of all yes teaming is bannable. It says in the MOTD as a one week ban. Now I was shown a video from a player who alerted me to you guys. In the video I watched Poot follow you as you walk right into the men's bathroom together, straight to the T room door open it and let both of you in. If you were to let her in when the T trap was going to kill them is a different situation but the trap wasn't activated until she pushed it. Now also in the MOTD it says "Being seen in the traitor room." is kos'able. For a Detective to be let into the T room by a traitor and not kill the traitor when they're supposed to be is considered 'teaming'. In the same video Poot says to what she thought was you (Now I don't know the words verbatim but It is close to what she said). "Hey I see you in there(Refering to the basement T room) Let me in". However Chilie was dead and she didn't know about it.

Here's the list of bannable offenses copied directly from the motd:

• 1 slay for 1 or 2 RDMs in the following round.
• 16 hours for RDM and leave.
• 1 week for consistent RDM - RDMing
• 1 day for karma below 650.
• 1 week for attempted mass RDM 
• 1 week for mass RDM
• 1 week for ghosting - collaborating with someone outside of the game.
• 1 week for targeting other players or admins.
• Permanent for 3rd week ban within a year.
• Permanent for hacking.
• Permanent Gag/Mute for advertising.
• Permanent for high amount of bans.

As for the t trap I pushed it (I pressed E on it). If we were ghosting, she would have known I was dead and wouldn't have asked me to open the other t room.

• 1 slay for 1-2 RDMs in the following round. (Player must stay until they are slain the following round). 
• 1 slay for joining gunfights without any CLEAR KOS
  • If the gunfight is over, let the victor ID the body before you decide your next move.

• 12 hours for 2 RDMs and leave.

• Permanent for Super Mass RDM - 9 or more RDMs in 1 round. 
• Permanent for 3rd week ban within a year. 
• Permanent for doxxing or ddosing.
• Permanent for hacking.
• Permanent for advertising other communites, illegal content/websites or hacks.
• Permanent for high amount of bans.
• Permanent for illegal sprays (gore, and child-pornography).

Your getting to hell bent on the definition. That only describes 'ghosting' not teaming. You were siding with a detective inside the T room when you should've been killing them. Just because there isn't no stated definition for teaming doesn't mean you didn't break the rules.

You're right. But is the purpose of the rule to ban people who do it one round, as a joke? Or is it to ban people who are consistently teaming with one person every round? Did anyone even die as a result of me letting them in the t room? What exactly is gained with this ban, I'm having trouble understanding

honestly just looking at the stuff, it should be a reduced ban. Both sides of the argument is leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Teaming is a bannable offense but applying it to this situation just seems kinda harsh, but you should still be punished for it. However i still disagree with how CIA handled it, but without knowing the full context (like a video) i can't really state anything other than what i already said.
