Secret Santa Event

Merry Christmas GFL peeps! We have a fun and magical event for you all to participate in. This Christmas will be GFL’s first-ever Secret Santa Event! This is how it all works:

 

You will enter the event by filling out the format shown at the bottom of this post. After two days, the Events Team will gather up the data and randomly match you with your Secret Santa. We recommend you only participate if you have the spare cash (minimum $5, maximum $15, if you want to spend more, contact @Serenity). Below, you can find a list of ideas for gifts provided to you by the Events Team. Any gifts diverting from this list must be approved with an Event Coordinator beforehand.

 

List of Gifts:

• Steam Games
• Virtual Gift Cards
• In-game currencies
• Discord Nitro

If you don't know what you want, you can put "surprise me".

So that it is easier to give and receive gifts, they must be in digital code form. (Example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)

 

How This Will Work: 

1. Fill out the format below to enter into the event. 

2. Entries for this event will be closed on December 23rd at 11:00 AM EST (continue reading to see how to enter). You will be matched with another Member by Dec, 23rd at 1:00 PM EST. Make sure you check your forum inbox to find out who it is you are gifting to!

   • Please, keep your gift receiver a secret! The whole point of Secret Santa is that the gift receiver does not know who bought them their gift until after they receive it!

3. Upon deciding on what you are going to purchase, please confirm with @Serenity that your gift is appropriate.

4. Once confirmed, purchase the gift for your Secret Santa.

5. Your gift will then be validated before delivery to make sure no one is “scammed”.

   • This will be done by @Serenity to ensure your gift is valid. Check your forum DMs throughout the day for this.

6. If you and your partner both have valid gifts, the transaction can be completed.

   • If not, you will be compensated and you may do whatever you want with the gift you purchased; give it away, redeem it yourself, etc.

Rules:

1. You must be a Member+ to participate. 
2. The gift may not be above $15 unless permitted by @Serenity.
3. Event Coordinators have the final say.
4. Do not say you can participate unless you are 100% sure you can deliver.
