Removing the negev

The only option to nerf negev is make its price back to old negev price (around $5000) or the mapper him/herself make a negev restriction. I also see sometimes that bizon user get top defender than negev user. As long he did defend, it is fine. It is just a small reward afterall.

Agreed with putting the price back up to $5,000. Negev spam is far too powerful. In a single segment, you can spam about 1,000 bullets without reloading. Granted you have to be standing still, it's far too powerful.

 

Feels good though when you get top defender with p90 while people negev spamming ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A quick update since my last post on this thread.

 

After having a discussion with the rest of the admin team, we have decided first to double the price of the negev from $1700 to $3400. The knockback value will not be tweaked right now. We would like to slowly apply changes rather than instantaneously apply a huge change to help all players adjust. Hopefully, this will start allowing some players who utilizes the rebuy function often to reduce their dependency on it. This will probably be part of an ongoing tweak over many weeks as we may continue to apply small changes to better balance the negev. 

 

Again, the negev will not be entirely removed from the server unless it is a map specific restriction.
