[6-21-17] CS:S Division Update

Hello, this is an update for our CS:S division. I had a small talk with @Thomasdavid097 and we’ve devised a plan. Currently, we only have two servers in this division. These servers are stable. Therefore, we would like to add one more server to the rotation! Please read below!
 
Surf RPG DM
Our Surf RPG DM server has been doing great recently! 
 
Here’s the server’s yearly graph:

 
As you can see, it went from being almost completely dead to getting 10 - 25 players daily (peak). With summer being here, I believe the server’s population will only rise.
 
Here’s a small to-do list for the server:

• Add missing FastDL files.
• Remove useless RTD roles (e.g. winning “money”).
• Fix a crashing issue (may already be fixed by removing a certain map).

 
I also believe we should add a couple more admins to the server.
 
Other than that, the server is doing great! I would like to thank all the players and admins who are playing again. Keep up the great work everybody!
 
Bunny Hop
Our Bunny Hop server is also doing well.

The server has had stable population which is great.
 
After playing on this server many times, I can’t find anything to improve on at the moment other than keeping up-to-date with maps and such.

The Next New Server
After playing CS:S for a while and talking to Thomas, we’ve decided the next server we will try setting up will be Surf Timer. We believe this game mode will have the highest chance of success compared to other game modes. It is definitely worth a try.
 
The server will be setup on our NFO Chicago machine. We don’t have anymore details at this time. We will be creating another update once we start setting up this server.

Overall
Our CS:S division is currently doing well in my opinion. You have to keep in mind that this game is rarely getting to 7.5 thousand players as a peak (statistics are here). I also wanted to thank our two server managers, @Runda and @Reeve for their dedication and hard work towards our CS:S servers! Keep up the great work!
 
This concludes the CS:S division update. I will start working on a CS:GO division update soon with the help of the CS:GO DLs.

We never had a Surf Timer server in CS:S. First time setting one up in CS:S
