Decided to make it all about fortnite, instead of just giving me advice

Play it like you are trying to survive don't play it like you are playing call of duty. look at all the risks and rewards, it's a info game not a fps game. no need to run and gun only if that is what will get you out of the area, and once you get to the final area just get those peeps out of the area, and don't forget living is better then dying and always will be, take the fights when you can win them, it's that simple.

just played some rounds without the advice, didn't even get past 50 people in mot runs, but got past 20 people in two of them, and even got to top 3 in a squad run, I'll get back to you when I've tried out the advice (I'm saving Pyros's advice as a last ditch effort)

Just play and watch popular streamers. Practice building by to an unpopulated area, farm, and build.

If you want my honest opinion, just learn to build quickly and effectively when needed. I would also practice aiming with the pump shotgun and trying to contest other players for the high ground, because if you have the high ground on an enemy, the head pops out the most and you will more than likely end up killing them in one hit. With this, I have gotten a few wins but I have also achieved getting 7+ kills in most games I play.

Never trust a bush

Loot drops are rarely worth it

Pick 3 places to practice landing the most

Land tilted every single game. so many people go there and usually theyre the good ones lol. you just learn to play better where the chests are ect. also land somewhere nobody does farm materials and just practice building quickly. those two helped me a lot.

I'm in a match and so far I have legendary heavy shotgun, epic sniper, full shield, 4 remote explosives, slurp juice, and some bandages. Oh, and only 42 people left with only 1 kill, wish me luck
