Website Suggestions/Changes and ideas

Hello, everyone. We are wanting everyone's opinion on changes they would like to see implemented on the forums. 
Suggestions can emotes, moving subforums around, reworking subforums/divisions, cleaning up old posts, anything you guys can think of.

We will take on board and try to implement your suggestions. Any suggestions in regards to changing the forums for the better is highly welcomed.

Media Team subforum needs a major cleanup, there's posts that have 2 previous Team Rosters on there, as well as updating the current roster to have present-date members. 

 

There's also a lot of old pinned posts, and a lot of old posts in general that don't reflect the current team/have anything to do with them, I could go into detail of which ones, but the list would be much shorter if I just said which ones reflect the current team.

Move member applications up on the forums, no need for new players to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the forums to be able to apply for member, it should be something we advertise.

 

Change the homepage to the forums, people usually click off into the forums anyways.

 

Change the description in the homepage to include what servers/games we have, that way when people search on google for that specific game, they come across GFL easier, currently the only way I've been able to come across GFL is by typing GFLclan into google.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't anything in the Member Applications forum that leads to the actual application form. Therefore, I don't believe that's necessary. I'd think people would use the website's nav-bar or the "Apply for Member" link on the home page to go to the member application form. The nav-bar really should be cleaned up, though.

I did not exactly have much time to read over much of this shit anyways must of what @TheSadBandit is saying is things I have been saying for years and it's slightly bothersome that things are just starting to be understood and I have been slightly rather agitated recently but yea it really needs some work below is a simple person who I told to apply which I have had to handle things like this more then once and yes he plays gmod so I asked him about it and he was into scp role play and actively plays on our 1v1 server anyways take care and enjoy as for the link to apply you are correct it simply does not exist.

Suggestion: Restrict the section until it's been revamped OR have a PR member revive the section by updating all projects along with posting new projects.

 

Clicking the "GFL" tab redirects you to https://gflclan.com/work/index.html/ which for me prompts a "No Permission" page.

Suggestion: Change redirect from /work/index.html to /updates/

Suggestion: Improve the clubs by promoting them or making them more visible on the main page. Otherwise, make the currently active clubs visible on a person's profile page considering it currently shows nothing. I want to emphasize that in no way do I want the clubs to be removed. I believe the clubs should be worked on and used more. Although I don't believe every club should be created by a random individual but instead be created by a member of the PR or media team. For example, creating a club for anime could possibly make some members more active.)

also i hate having to look through the forums trying to find "public relations" just to find my art thread it's extremely annoying especially since it has a default icon

On the bar at the top press "clubs" then "art" and your art thread is the first thing that appears. At least that's how I get to the art threads.

Can we get pogchamp or lenny face for post reactions? We have , but sometimes i feel a lil excited and wanna  to someones post and other times i feel like  is an appropriate reaction to posts.
